Our Ski Concierge service was born out of working with clients regularly and them returning year on year - giving us great feedback on how much they enjoyed their Ski Holiday in Courchevel, particularly how we managed their whole experience. Our instructors were being booked in for a weeks worth of lessons with clients and managing their day to day actives - from heliskiing, kids lessons, paraponting to just booking restaurants for lunch / dinner for them, providing them with a well organised, fully managed and hassle free experience. One of main the reasons they kept coming back!
So, since we had many connections with hotels and chalets, it made perfect sense that we should be offering more in terms of the “concierge” service - which is now proving incredibly popular with our clients. This gives us the ability to contact them and find up to date snow information or if current apres ski spots are busy!
Your ski instructor can act as your main port of call for your ski holiday. You spend the most amount of time with them out on the slopes asking for their advice from resort hotels to best pistes and not just in Courchevel - further afield as they most likely have experience in other resorts.
